Since all of our dwellings are new and custom built, we have the ability to proactively integrate energy saving and environmentally sustainable elements to all our properties. For example, all projects have:

• 5 Star energy rating building fabric.
• Water saving measures including water saving tapware, flow reducing showerheads and reduced water pressure (500kPa at outlets).
• 2,000 Litre Rainwater tank for garden and maintenance.
• Approved solar hot water service.
• Energy efficient compact fluorescent lamps.
• 5 Star energy efficiency rating for the building fabric (floors, walls and roofs).
• Water efficient taps and fittings.
• Either a rainwater tank for toilet flushing, or a solar hot water system.
• 100% coverage of approved ceiling insulation.
• Specific design orientation to best maximise natural heating/cooling.
