Creating Solutions
Our current projects involve the provision of over 140 dwellings across both regional and metropolitan Victoria.
Each of the projects take into consideration the needs of the targeted potential residents, from singles to large families to the disabled. A significant number of the dwellings proposed are either purpose built for disabled residents or at least fitted with mobility fixtures for aged retirees.
EAHL projects are designed to:
- Create the opportunity to reduce the number of families in rental stress.
- To provide affordable housing relief.
- Cater to forecast demand as the population transitions from singles and couples, to families.
- Supply modified dwellings that cater for the disabled.
- Offset the projected increasing growth in rental prices.
- Help arrest the significant decline in new lettings.
- Integrate into the local community.
