About the Ethan Affordable Housing NRAS Model

Ethan Affordable Housing is a national not-for-profit Affordable Housing company. Ethan provides reduced rental opportunities for everyday working people to assist with the relief of rental stress throughout the country. We specialise in creating ethical and sustainable business models that also contribute to the social fabric of the community.

We currently work with State, Territory and Federal Governments to gain assistance and subsidies to offset and fund privately held property portfolios that are made available for Affordable Housing. By working with the Government and the commercial sector, Ethan is able to create a holistic model that allows each party to utilize their skills and participate in NRAS providing high quality outcomes - delivering housing for key workers, reducing rental stress & creating sustainable, reliable returns for investors. Ethan's aim is to reinvest retained earnings to fund crisis accommodation for Victorian and NT youth, and eventually in other states across Australia.

Ethan Affordable Housing has created a combination of commercial, property, and social experience on its Executive Board. The Board has been able to implement a variety of successful housing models that provide a commercial return to the investor and meet the requirements of the Government initiative.

Ethan Affordable Housing management has proven experience in both property and tenancy management together with a track record in the development of residential accommodation. This experience is now being utilized in the not- for- profit operation of Ethan Affordable Housing and ensures that projects and initiatives undertaken are delivered successfully and achieve the required outcomes.
