Are you eligible to apply?
We ask all prospective tenants to complete our application for affordable housing form. Download the eligibility criteria for potential tenants under the National Rental Affordability Scheme. Please be aware that we request background documentation to help with our assessment process, which you will need to include with your application. This includes:

• 4 weeks of recent pay slips, if casually employed, or
• 2 weeks of recent pay slips, if employed full/part time.
• If you receive any other type of income, please attach documents that give current details of the type of payment and the amount received. Other types of income include interest from investments and income from being self employed.
• If you receive any payment from overseas, enclose a current Income Statement
• If you receive any payment from Centrelink, enclose a current income statement (dated within the last fortnight)
• Signing a true and accurate declaration of your income
