Ethan Affordable Housing (Ethan) is a Not-For-Profit housing provider. Ethan is managed by a highly experienced board with over 50 years combined experience in diverse business and social capacity backgrounds.

Ethan is motivated to provide affordable housing for low to middle-income families & key workers. Ethan achieves this through the creation of financially sustainable business models for socially conscious investors. Investors range from retail to financial institutions who are looking to fund socially responsible programs in Australian communities.

Ethan’s proven delivery models also meet the needs of other stakeholders including; governments, developers, retail investors and financial institutions and superannuation funds.

Ethan’s expansion in the facilitation and management of NRAS housing will fund the acquisition of crisis accommodation facilities for youth in Victoria, NT and other states.
